Get hike-ready with your exclusive preparation programme

What's the saying? "By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail." When hiking up a 4,095-metre mountain, those words have never been truer.

That's why we've created an exclusive 6-week training programme to ensure you're physically and mentally prepared for your ascent up Mount Kinabalu.

The programme will provide a solo training routine for the 6 weeks preceding the hike and invitations to 6 group workouts with your fellow hikers. These boot camps are designed to improve your endurance and strengthen the muscles to help you conquer those steep slopes.

You will also be invited to an exclusive pre-hike briefing to learn what to expect, what to wear, and what to pack (including nutrition recommendations).

Redefine your limits in 2025

We believe that group fitness experiences are an integral part of anyone's fitness journey. Unlike traditional fitness goals, like fat loss or muscle gain, they emphasise the process and your overall well-being.

While these goals could be as simple as participating in group classes for the first time, there's something to be said for having at least one truly audacious goal that makes people you tell ask, "What's gotten into you?"

Climbing Mount Kinabalu offers a rewarding and challenging experience, as well as the chance to create memories and relationships that will remain for years to come.

Whether you're a seasoned hiker or a first-timer, Mount Kinabalu is achievable for you. Experienced mountain guides ensure a safe and enjoyable 2-day hike, while you're motivated by the support of the group.

This is your opportunity to push your limits and achieve a sense of accomplishment like never before.
